Dr. Neha Chauhan

Dr. Neha Chauhan holds the distinction go having completed her medical education at some of the best universities in the country. She completed her under-graduation (MBBS) as a gold medalist and post-graduation (MS in General Surgery) from the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University which ranks among the top ten medical institutes in the country. After that, she followed her passion of becoming a plastic surgeon and secured All India Rank -1 in the super-specialty entrance exam of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2010. She finished her plastic surgery residency (M.Ch.-Plastic Surgery) at Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung hospital which is one of the busiest, highly reputed, and excellent plastic surgery training centers in India. She further underwent fellowships in aesthetic surgeries, lasers, and observerships in cleft and microsurgeries from some of the finest teachers across India and abroad to improve upon her skills. The most recent of her fellowships was with Dr Nazim Cerkes in Istanbul, Turkey where she went to further her rhinoplasty skills!

She has 25 publications in journals and 4 chapters in books to her credit. Her special field of interest is aesthetic surgery and paediatric plastic surgery. She keeps herself updated with the latest advancements in her field by attending conferences and webinars and reading journals. Besides these, in her free time, she follows her passion by spreading awareness about plastic surgery to the general public, doing paintings, and writing poetry.
