#HealthyHer Challenge Guideliness
To ensure a fair and engaging competition, please read the following rules carefully before participating.
- The challenge is open to all women residing in India and is free to participate.
- The campaign runs from March 8 to March 31, 2025. Participants can join any time during this period.
- To successfully complete the challenge, participants must follow all the steps outlined below for 7 continous days.
Nourish Right – Eat a Rainbow Plate
- Your meal plate must include a variety of nutrient-rich foods like:
- Fibre (whole grains, legumes, vegetables)
- Protein (lean meat, eggs, dairy, lentils, tofu)
- Vitamins & Minerals (fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds)
- Calcium (dairy, fortified plant-based alternatives, leafy greens)
Avoid the following foods during the challenge:
- Junk food, fried items, processed foods
- Sugary drinks & soda
- Foods high in added sugar & artificial preservatives
Stay Active – Walk 10,000 Steps Daily
- Track your steps using health apps like Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, or any reliable pedometer.
- A minimum of 10,000 steps daily is required to qualify.
Share Your Progress – Daily Submissions
- Upload daily proof of:
- A photo of three healthy meals you ate that day
- A screenshot of your 10,000 steps tracking for the day
- Share on Instagram/Facebook timeline using #HealthyHer #HealthyHerChallenge and tag @asterdmindia.
- Make sure your account is public during the challenge period so we can track your posts.
Stay Consistent – 7 Consecutive Days
- The challenge must be completed for 7 continuous days from your start date.
- If you miss a day, you will need to restart the challenge.
- Winners will be announced on April 1, 2025 based on the following criteria:
- Successfully completing the 7-day challenge without any breaks.
- Authenticity & consistency in submissions.
- Creativity & engagement in sharing daily progress.
- To ensure a fair competition, please note:
- All submissions must be genuine and unedited. Fake or manipulated images will lead to disqualification.
- Each participant can only enter once. Duplicate accounts are not allowed.
- Organizers reserve the right to verify participation records and disqualify entries that do not adhere to the rules.
- The decision of the organizers is final and binding.
- By participating in the #HealthyHer Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You confirm that you do not have any medical conditions that may prevent you from safely taking part in the challenge.
- You have consulted with your doctor/healthcare provider before participating, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with this challenge and agree that the organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries, health issues, or medical conditions arising from participation.
- This challenge is meant for general wellness motivation and does not replace professional medical advice. If you experience any discomfort or health concerns, please discontinue participation and consult a doctor immediately.
- By participating, you agree to allow @asterdmindia to feature your posts, images, and success stories on our social media channels.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- The contest is not sponsored by Instagram/Facebook.
