Eligibility & Terms and Conditions
The cardholder must be 60 years of age or above and provide a valid, government-issued ID as proof of age. ( Adhaar , Pan, Voter ID, driver’s licence, passport )
The card is valid until 31st March 2028 and must be renewed to continue availing benefits. ( As per hospital’s policies)
Only one individual per card may be enrolled.
The card is non-transferable and issued exclusively in the name of the registered user.
Multiple offers cannot be combined under any circumstances.
Discounts and benefits may vary depending on the service, hospital, and type of treatment.
Certain exclusions may apply at the discretion of the hospital.
The same ID proof submitted during enrollment must be presented at the time of registration to avail benefits.

- The Pranaam Card is valid until 31st March 2028.
- Membership is limited to one individual per card.
- Eligibility criteria:
- Individuals must be 60 years of age or above.
- Submission of a valid government-approved ID as proof of age is mandatory.
- The primary cardholder must be 60 years or older.
- Family members (such as children) may enrol their parents or parents-in-law by providing their parent’s:
- Personal details
- Age information
- Valid government-issued identification
- For every dependent aged 60 years or above, a separate card must be issued.
- Required documents:
- Proof of age
- Government-approved ID proof
- No enrollment fee is applicable until 31st March 2027.
- Registration for the Pranaam Card is currently free of cost.
- Any individual aged 60 years or above is eligible to enrol.
- Eligible individuals may self-enrol or be enrolled by a family member on their behalf.
