Tooth Extraction

Tooth extraction is removing the tooth from its socket with surgery. The dental surgeon extracts the tooth if the tooth is decayed, infected, or badly injured. During the surgery, your surgeon gives a pain-numbing injection around the tooth, loosens it from its base, and gently removes it. The wound is topped with gauze pressed firmly between the teeth.
