Backache and other joint issues
Back pain is any discomfort and pain in the back region from the neck to the pelvic area.
Causes: Underlying diseases, stress, improper sleep/ sitting position, excess workout or stretching, carrying heavy weights like backpacks or school bags.
Other joint issues can be a pain in movement in the neck, shoulder joint(spondylitis), elbow joint, wrist joint(carpal tunnel), finger joints(arthritis), knee joints, ankle joints, vague bone pain, tailbone soreness, pelvic bone pain, etc. it could be Rheumatoid arthritis, Polyarthritis.
