Dr. Nashi Semitha is a distinguished Breast and Oncoplasty Surgeon, trained at Aster CMI Hospital, Bengaluru, with comprehensive expertise in treating both benign and malignant breast conditions. She has a strong foundation in surgical oncology and advanced reconstructive techniques, she delivers compassionate, patient-centered care focused on early detection, precision surgery, and aesthetically optimal outcomes tailored to each patient’s needs. Her clinical interests span across the spectrum of breast health, from managing common conditions like fibroadenomas, cysts, and infections, to performing complex oncological and reconstructive procedures. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, Dr. Semitha prioritizes holistic breast care, engaging actively in evidence-based treatment, research, patient education, and awareness-building initiatives to advance women’s health and wellness.
Her strong foundational medical education began with an MBBS from the prestigious Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore (RGUHS), followed by an MS in General Surgery from A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences (RGUHS). Driven by a passion for her specialty, she further honed her skills with a Fellowship in Breast surgery and oncoplasty from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences at Aster CMI Hospital. In addition to her clinical practice, she remains actively engaged in multiple research projects, continually advancing the field of breast oncology through ongoing academic and scientific work.
