Dr. Balamurali G

Dr. Balamurali is an experienced surgeon who comes with an overall experience of 15 years in surgical management and over 8 years in the field of Paediatric Minimal Access Surgery & Paediatric Urology. After completing his MBBS from Madras Medical College in 2002, he went on to complete his MS in General Surgery from Government Medical College, Trivandrum in 2007. With the keen interest in Paediatric Surgery, Dr Balamurali underwent specialized training and completed his M.Ch. in Paediatric Surgery from Government Medical College, Trivandrum in 2015. He also underwent Fellowship training in Paediatric Urology from Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health (IGICH), Bangalore.

Prior to joining the Centre of Excellence in Paediatrics & Neonatology at Aster Medcity Kochi, Dr Balamurali worked with SP Hospital (Trivandrum), PPK Hospital (Marthandam), Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences (Ernakulam), Jubilee Mission Medical College (Thrissur), PK Das Institute of Medical Sciences (Palakkad) and Amala Institute of Medical Sciences (Thrissur) at various capacity.
