Dr. Shiny Joy is an accomplished neurologist with advanced training from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. She has expertise in managing a wide spectrum of neurological conditions including stroke, neuromuscular diseases, epilepsy, and movement disorders. She has also completed a three-month senior residency at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, further strengthening her clinical exposure to complex neurological emergencies and advanced neuro-care.
Dr. Shiny has been consistently recognized for her academic excellence and clinical research, earning multiple national and international awards such as the Indian Neurology Trainee Award – AINA 2025 at AAN, San Diego, USA and Best Case Presentation at the World Neurosciences Summit 2024. She has been a finalist and prize-winner in several neurology quizzes and poster presentations at reputed conferences across India.
She has numerous scientific publications in international and national peer-reviewed journals, covering topics such as neuroimmunology, stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, and complex neurological syndromes. She has also contributed a book chapter on Recognition and Management of Hyperkinetic Movement Disorders in Advances in Movement Disorders – IAN 2025.
