Mr. Jimson E R

Mr Jimson E. R. is a dedicated Psychologist and Special Educator with over seven years of professional experience in the fields of child development and special education. He currently serves as the Head of Department at Aster ENRICH Child Development Centre, where he leads a multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive developmental assessments, behavioural interventions, and individualised support for children with neurodevelopmental and behavioural challenges.

Mr. Jimson holds a B.Ed. in Special Education from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, an M.Sc. in Psychology from the Central University of Karnataka, and an M.Phil. in Psychology from Periyar University, Salem. He is also an ABAT (QABA) candidate, committed to professional growth and implementing evidence-based practices.
Mr. Jimson is passionate about empowering children with developmental needs and their families through individualized, inclusive, and compassionate care. His approach integrates evidence-based therapy with holistic family and community engagement, aiming to maximize every child’s potential for growth, learning, and participation.
