Dr. M Kiran Kumar

Dr. M. Kiran Kumar is a skilled and compassionate Neonatologist currently serving as a Consultant at Aster Narayanadri Hospital, Tirupati. With extensive training from India’s premier medical institutions and hands-on experience in advanced neonatal care, he is dedicated to improving outcomes for critically ill and high-risk newborns.

He completed his MBBS from NTR University of Health Sciences, followed by postgraduate training in Pediatrics at the renowned Kanchi Kamakoti CHILDS Trust Hospital, Chennai. He went on to pursue his DM in Neonatology from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi — one of the most esteemed pediatric centers in the country. Over the course of his career, he has served in key clinical roles, including as Junior Resident at CHILDS Trust Hospital, Registrar at Paramitha Children’s Hospital in Hyderabad, Senior Resident at Lady Hardinge, and Consultant Neonatologist at KIMS, Nellore.

Dr. Kiran Kumar brings expertise in managing extremely preterm and extremely low birth weight (ELBW) neonates, and has a strong foundation in cutting-edge neonatal intensive care practices. He is committed to providing meticulous, evidence-based, and family-centered care for neonates. His holistic approach to neonatal health — from birth stabilization to long-term neurodevelopmental follow-up — reflects his dedication to improving survival and quality of life for newborns and their families.
