Dr. Ambika Roshni Ekka

Dr Ambika Roshni Ekka is consultant in anesthesiology at Aster RV Hospital, Bengaluru. She is a post graduate Medical Officer, Anaesthesia  from Baba Atomic Research Centre -Mumbai.

She has done her fellowship in Cardiovascular Anaesthesia- During this period (2 years), she was  posted in various departments like adult, paediatric, ICU, Cath lab and hybrid OTs. The daily list used to involved 30 adult cases and 15 paediatric cases. Off and on pump grafts, Valvular heart disease, paediatric cases, pulmonary thromboendarterectomy are routinely conducted in this centre (Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences, Bangalore).

 Attending Consultant in Adult Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Intensive Care: SinceMarch 2019, she has  independently worked on adult cardiothoracic anaesthesia and intensive care. Since December 2023 she was promoted to Consultant  at Fortis Hospital. She also has experience of 1 year on Robotic surgeries which started at Fortis Hospital which includes - Robotic Renal Transplant.
