On 03 June 2026, Aster Medcity, in association with IAP Thrissur, successfully conducted a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program at Hotel Elite International, attended by 32 eminent pediatricians.
The scientific program featured an expert session on “Antenatal Hydronephrosis and Neonatal Management of CAKUT (Congenital Anomalies of the Kidney and Urinary Tract)” by Dr. Kiran V R , Senior Consultant - Pediatric Surgery & Paediatric Urology , followed by a session on “Inflammatory Bowel Disease in Children: Challenges in Diagnosis and Management” by Dr. Geetha Mammayil , Senior Consultant - Pediatric Medical Gastroenterology.
The CME was well received by the participants, with both sessions being highly appreciated for their clinical relevance, evidence-based insights, and practical applicability. The program served as an excellent platform for knowledge sharing and continuing professional development among pediatric healthcare professionals.
