The Patient Experience Maker Awards 2026 and the inauguration of the Patient Buddy Program were successfully conducted at Aster Medcity as part of the Patient Experience Week 2026
The event celebrated the dedication and commitment of teams who consistently delivered exceptional patient care and service excellence. Service Excellence Champions were announced to recognize the service standard makers from respective departments. These champions were identified by their respective HODs for their outstanding contributions toward enhancing patient experiences across departments.
The program also featured the launch of the Patient Buddy Program, an initiative designed to enrich the inpatient experience by fostering direct engagement between senior leadership and patients.
The event further came alive with musical performances by Aster Beats, creating a memorable and celebratory atmosphere for all attendees.
