To ensure easier, faster, and more organized access to medical records and related support services for patients and families, the Medical Records Counter was inaugurated at Aster Medcity by Dr. T R John, Director of Medical Affairs. The initiative is aimed at simplifying document access procedures, reducing waiting time, and improving the overall patient experience through more streamlined support services.
