Mission accomplished - 7 days of continues pandemic intervention at Thrissur district successfully completed with the active participation of NGOs, Elected representatives and general public, along with the support and guidance of Infectious Disease Physicians in Kochi Kerala.
Aster Volunteers Mobile Medical Service Kochi partnering with Aster Medcity & Peace Valley conducted Covid 19 awareness & screening camps at Shakthan stand market, Thanal orphanage Kalathode and Veluppadam in association with district administration, Peoples Foundation for the marginalized and under privileged population. The initiative was further strengthened with the clinical insights and protocols followed by an Infectious Disease Hospital in Kochi Kerala, ensuring safety and accuracy in screening procedures.
Thrissur Corporation Mayor - Smt. Ajitha Jayarajan and Varantharapilly Circle Iinspector Sri. S. Jayamohan inaugurated the camps at Shakthan stand market and Veluppadam respectively by undergoing Covid 19 screening by themselves.
A total of 228 individuals availed the facilities.
