As part of the DIVA Campaign, the Aster Volunteers at Aster MIMS Hospital, Kottakkal, organised a vibrant series of activities in celebration of International Women's Day, recognising the strength, talent, and invaluable contributions of women within the hospital community.
The celebration featured a variety of engaging competitions and activities, including Best Smile Competition, Grooming Queen, Connect Queen, Confidence Queen, Boss Lady, Wonder Woman, Creative Queen, and the Challenge Box Campaign. These initiatives highlighted the participants’ positivity, leadership qualities, creativity, and communication skills.
In addition, several talent-based competitions, such as Storytelling, Dancing, Song Competition, and a Quiz Program, were held, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere among staff members. These activities encouraged participation, teamwork, and mutual appreciation within the organisation.
A wellness session conducted by the hospital’s Dietitian was also part of the celebration, providing valuable insights on healthy living, balanced nutrition, and overall well-being.
Through these initiatives, the DIVA Campaign successfully celebrated women’s talents, confidence, and dedication, while strengthening team spirit and fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture at Aster MIMS Kottakkal.
