On August 27, 2025, Aster Volunteers of Aster Mother Hospital, Areekode, in collaboration with the NSS unit of GHSS Areekode, organized a comprehensive cleanliness drive at the Areekode bus stand and its surrounding premises. This initiative was conducted as part of the ongoing Independence Day celebrations, aligning with the theme "My India, Healthy India."
The event was inaugurated by Mr. Noushir Kallada (President, Areekode Grama Panchayat). The drive aimed to raise awareness about the importance of cleanliness, public hygiene, and civic responsibility among the local community.
