Dr. Phalgun completed his DM in Cardiology from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, and DNB in General Medicine from Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry. He holds an MBBS degree from Kurnool Medical College, Andhra Pradesh.
With extensive experience in interventional cardiology, Dr. Phalgun has performed over 3,500 coronary angiograms and 2,200 angioplasties, including complex procedures such as rotablation, bifurcation PCI, CTO interventions, and left main PCI. His expertise also includes pacemaker implantation, device closures, peripheral interventions, and structural heart procedures.
Dr. Phalgun has served as a Consultant Cardiologist at leading healthcare institutions across India and has also held an academic role as Assistant Professor in Cardiology. His commitment to clinical excellence is reflected in his expertise in advanced cardiac interventions and patient care.
