Dr. Jeby Jacob

Dr Jeby Jacob, a Consultant in Medical Gastroenterology, brings over eight  years of expertise in diagnosing and treating complex gastrointestinal & liver diseases. He has special interest in hepatology, pancreatobiliary diseases, inflammatory bowel disease and gastrointestinal motility disorders. He is proficient in diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopy including advanced endoscopic procedures like Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio Pancreatography(ERCP) & Endoscopic Ultrasound(EUS). He has also received advanced endoscopy training in Endoscopic Mucosal Resection(EMR), Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(ESD) and Per Oral Endoscopic Myotomy(POEM) at West China Hospital, Sichuan University. 

               His medical journey began with an MBBS from Government T. D. Medical College, Alappuzha, and he  earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in General Medicine from Government Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior. He further honed his specialization with a Doctorate of Medicine (DM) in Medical Gastroenterology from Government Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai, alongside a DrNB Medical Gastroenterology degree from the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. His extensive medical training also includes prestigious international qualifications like MRCP (UK) and European Speciality Examination in Gastroenterology & Hepatology (UK).
