Dr. Nisanth Puliyath is a highly skilled, fellowship-trained robotic surgeon with over 6 years of experience, specializing in uro-oncology and robotic surgery. Dedicated to offering precision-driven and minimally invasive care, his practice covers the comprehensive management of prostate, kidney, and bladder cancers. Dr. Nisanth is highly proficient in advanced techniques such as nerve-sparing robotic radical prostatectomy, robotic partial nephrectomy, and robotic radical cystectomy. Notably, he is one of the few experts offering organ-preserving focal therapies, including NanoKnife (irreversible electroporation), for patients whose prostate cancer is suitable for targeted tumor treatment rather than whole-gland removal.
Dr. Nisanth completed his MBBS and MCh in Urology at Government Medical College, Kozhikode, and his MS in General Surgery at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh. He honed his expertise in robotic surgery and uro-oncology as a Vattikuti Fellow at Medanta, Gurugram. To bring global best practices to his patients, he has also undertaken clinical visiting fellowships at premier US institutions, including UC San Diego, AdventHealth Orlando, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore.
