Dr. Arun P S is a Paediatric Cardiologist with specialized expertise in congenital heart disease, pediatric cardiac interventions, echocardiography, fetal echocardiography, and pediatric cardiac critical care. Dr. Arun P S completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Kozhikode, and his MD in Paediatrics from JJM Medical College, Davangere. He subsequently obtained his DM in Paediatric Cardiology from the prestigious Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Research, Bengaluru (Government of Karnataka- Autonomous Institute) in 2023 which is one of the largest Government run cardiac care hospital in India. Prior to joining Aster MIMS Calicut, he served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatric Cardiology at Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Research for 2 years. He has also worked in the health Services, Kerala for 5 years.
Dr Arun has a strong academic orientation with publications in reputed international and national journals and has received multiple awards for clinical excellence, case presentations, quizzes, and research contributions. He is known for his methodical clinical approach, strong imaging skills, and dedication to evidence-based pediatric cardiac care.
