Dr. Najah Abdul Rehman

Dr. Najah Abdul Rehman is a highly qualified Gynaecologist, Obstetrician, and Infertility Specialist based in Calicut, with over 8 years of experience in women’s healthcare. She currently serves as a Consultant in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Infertility at Aster MIMS Calicut, delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to women across all stages of life.

Her clinical expertise includes high-risk pregnancy care, infertility evaluation and treatment, minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, and advanced laparoscopic procedures. As a trusted women’s health expert in Calicut, Dr. Najah provides personalised treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

Dr. Najah completed her MBBS under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and earned her MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Yenepoya University. With a commitment to advanced surgical care, she pursued a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) and a Diploma in Gynaecological Endoscopy from the prestigious CICE and ESGE (France). Her training has equipped her with proficiency in hysteroscopy, laparoscopic myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy, endometriosis management, and other minimally invasive procedures.

She has worked in leading healthcare institutions, including Wintouch Multi-Speciality Hospital, Kasaragod and Red Crescent Charitable Hospital, Calicut, where she gained significant experience in reproductive medicine and gynaecological surgery. She has also trained under renowned infertility specialists such as Dr. Bharati Dhorepatil and Dr. Niteen Ghorpade, expanding her expertise in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and fertility preservation.

Dr. Najah is actively involved in research, with published studies on gestational diabetes, maternal health, and reproductive outcomes. She is also a member of professional bodies, including the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and FOGSI.
