Dr. Subin S is a highly accomplished Endocrinologist with extensive clinical expertise and a strong academic foundation. He completed his DM in Endocrinology from PGIMER, Chandigarh, where he also secured the top rank in the exit exam. He pursued his MD in General Medicine at Government Medical College, Kozhikode and obtained his MBBS from Government T.D. Medical College, Alappuzha. In addition, he has cleared MRCP (UK) Part 1 and 2, further strengthening his academic credentials.
With rich experience in clinical practice, teaching, and research, Dr. Subin has contributed to numerous publications and presentations on key endocrinology topics such as Subclinical Atherosclerosis in Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and Takayasu Arteritis. Before joining Aster MIMS Calicut, he served as Assistant Professor at KMCT Medical College and Senior Resident at Government Medical College, Kozhikode.
Dr. Subin is an active member of reputed professional organizations including the Endocrine Society of India (ESI), ISBMR, RSSDI, and the Indian Medical Association (IMA). He is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while also mentoring medical students and advancing research in endocrinology. His special interests include advanced diabetes care, pediatric endocrinology, thyroid and adrenal disorders, metabolic bone health, and lipidology.
