Dr. Jazeel S A is a highly accomplished Surgical Gastroenterologist with advanced expertise in complex gastrointestinal, hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB), and liver transplant–related surgeries. With a strong academic foundation and specialized fellowship training, he combines precision surgery with evidence-based, patient-centric care.
A State Rank 1 Gold Medalist in MS General Surgery (KUHS, 2020), Dr. Jazeel has received multiple prestigious accolades including the Torrent Young Scholar Award (2022) and the Thomas Panos Gold Medal. He was also recognized as the Best Outgoing Student at Kanyakumari Government Medical College. He is a First Batch Recipient of the MMAS-HPB Fellowship (2024) and a multiple-time winner of national-level surgical quizzes conducted by ASGK and the Cochin Gut Club.
