Dr. Umer Hasoon

Dr. Umer Hasoon earned a master’s degree (MDS) in Oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2011 from Yenapoya university after graduating in 1998 from Bangalore university. He is an expert in the management of maxillofacial trauma in both adult and Paediatric patients. He has also proven his skills in treating maxillofacial pathologies, and Temporomandibular joint disorders. An expert oral surgeon with over 22 years of experience caring for adults and paediatrics with varied complaints about their oral health.Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at Santhi Hospital, Omassery, Calicut since 2012. Served as a faculty member in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial  Surgery KMCT Dental College, Manassery, Calicut from 2011 to 2016. Assisted two total temporomandibular joint replacement surgeries with Dr. Pramod Subhash at MIMS Calicut. Operated several cases along with Dr. Benny Joseph. Operated several polytrauma cases with orthopaedics Dr. Ali Muhammed and Dr. Azar at Santhi Hospital. Operated several cases with Dr. Sajid Pullan ENT Surgeon at  Korambayil Hospital Manjeri. Conferences and Workshops attended:  3 National speciality conferences held by AOMSI. Member of organisation committee AOMSI State conference to be held at Calicut.
