Dr. Neelesh Guttikonda

Dr. Neelesh Guttikonda is a Consultant Pulmonologist with expertise in advanced respiratory medicine, Interventional Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine. He specializes in the diagnosis and management of complex airway diseases, pleural disorders, interstitial lung diseases (ILD), thoracic oncology, lung infections, and sleep-related breathing disorders.

He completed his Fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, where he received advanced training in diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS-TBNA), cryobiopsy, medical thoracoscopy, airway interventions, and pleural procedures. His practice is centered on delivering evidence-based, minimally invasive respiratory care with a strong emphasis on patient safety and clinical excellence.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Neelesh has a keen interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into respiratory medicine to enhance diagnostic accuracy, clinical decision-making, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes. He has completed the RCSI Certification in AI in Healthcare and is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management to further strengthen his leadership and healthcare management expertise.
