Dr. Harshita Kanagala is a compassionate and dedicated obstetrician and fetal medicine specialist committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care to expecting mothers and their babies.
She completed her Fellowship in Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology Ultrasound and Fetal Medicine at The Fetal Clinic, Pondicherry, where she gained extensive training in detailed fetal scans, Doppler studies, fetal echocardiography, neurosonography, and prenatal diagnosis. She also assisted in training junior fellows and participated actively in multidisciplinary fetal boards.
Dr. Harshita holds certifications in Nuchal Translucency (NT) and Fetal Anomaly Scans from the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF), United Kingdom, reflecting her commitment to maintaining international standards in fetal imaging and screening. She obtained her MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai, FMAS (Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery) from World Laparoscopy Hospital, Delhi, and MBBS from NRI Medical College, Andhra Pradesh.
In addition to her clinical work, she has contributed to academia through research, publications, and teaching. She has been actively involved in educating undergraduate students, supervising junior doctors, and presenting clinical seminars, journal clubs, and case discussions. Her special interests include fetal medicine and advanced obstetric ultrasound imagin and imaging-based interventions.
