The Department of Clinical Nutrition at Aster MIMS provides world-class, evidence-based nutrition care that optimises treatment outcomes and supports long-term recovery. As an integral part of a 600-bedded quaternary care centre, our department collaborates with all specialties and subspecialties to deliver comprehensive, personalised, and scientifically guided nutrition support for both inpatients and outpatients.
Our qualified Clinical Dietitians prepare precision-based Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) tailored to each patient’s medical condition, metabolic needs, lifestyle habits, and cultural food preferences. Our practices are aligned with globally recognised standards (ESPEN, ASPEN, IAPEN, ADA), ensuring safe, ethical, and effective nutrition care across all clinical settings.
We play an active role in ICU management, specialty clinics, surgical units, paediatrics, oncology, dialysis, and rehabilitation services—ensuring optimal nutrient delivery, improved treatment tolerance, faster healing, and reduced complications.
