Aster Medcity, Kochi, has associated with Team Kerala Blasters as its official health and wellness partner during the Indian Soccer League, for the third consecutive time.
The hospital will provide full medical support including emergency care during all matches/practice sessions of the Kerala Blasters Team at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi. Apart from the Kerala Blasters members, other participating teams, officials, staff members, volunteers and spectators will also be offered expert care in case of any medical emergency.
The special arrangements made at the venue include dedicated emergency rooms, full-equipped ICU ambulances and first responder bike ambulances.
Apart from medical emergency team comprising experienced emergency physicians, paramedics and nurses; a special team of doctors including sports medicine physicians and trauma care experts from the Aster Centre of Excellence in Orthopaedics & Rheumatology will also be present at the venue to take care of all orthopaedic emergencies.
Aster Medcity is also the official medical care provider of the Kerala Football Federation.
