We are pleased to share that our first-ever CME conducted at the Indian Dental Association (IDA) Thrissur branch on 13 November 2025 was a remarkable success. Although we initially expected around 60 participants, the event witnessed an impressive turnout of over 100 members, reflecting the strong interest and relevance of the topics presented.
The CME featured two insightful sessions:
Dr. Shawn T Joseph, Senior Consultant & Program Director – Head & Neck Oncology Network, Kerala Cluster, delivered a session on “Beyond the Habit: The Changing Face of Oral Cancer.” Dr. Sherry Peter, Senior Consultant – Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, led a session on “Reconstruction and Dental Rehabilitation in Head and Neck Cancer.” Both sessions received excellent appreciation from the attendees, and the overall feedback from the IDA members was highly positive.
