Nutrition plays a vital role in supporting physical as well as mental well being. A Healthy and nutritious diet consist of all five group such as carbohydrates,Proteins,Fats,fruits and vegetables and dairy products. The golden rule for eating healthy is to relish all five food groups which are not only going to satisfy your needs but are also going to nourish your soul. Healthy eating is often mistaken, Healthy eating does not have to be expensive.
