Dr. Hemantkumar Patil is a dedicated Neonatologist with specialized expertise in the care of newborns, particularly high-risk and premature babies. He completed his MBBS from D. Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur (2010), MUHS – Nashik, followed by DNB in Paediatrics from RCSM Government Medical College and CPR Hospital, Kolhapur.
He further pursued DM in Neonatology from MOSC Medical College, Kolenchery, Kochi, Kerala, the first DM Neonatology center in Kerala. With over 5 years of experience in Neonatology, Dr. Patil has a special interest in the management of extremely preterm and extremely low birth weight babies.
He has previously worked as Head of Neonatology and NICU In-charge at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Pune, where he played a key role in managing complex neonatal cases and strengthening neonatal intensive care services.
