Dr. Praveen Sharma P, is a respected neurologist noted for his expertise in the management of Movement Disorders and Parkinson’s Disease as well as other neurological conditions. He completed his MBBS from M S Ramaiah Medical College in 2012, MD in General Medicine from Bangalore Medical College in 2017 and DM in Neurology from NIMHANS in 2021. He has a post-doctoral fellowship in Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders which he obtained from NIMHANS in 2022. After finishing his studies he worked as a consultant Neurologist in two prominent hospitals in Bangalore. He was the movement disorder specialist involved in 35 DBS surgeries and >100 DBS programmings during his stints in NIMHANS and other hospitals. He is actively involved in promoting awareness regarding Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders with outreach programs and talks in various forums.
