
Dr. Vinod Xavier
Consultant - Internal Medicine
Dr. Vinod Xavier is a disciplined and confident internist with a Diplomate of the National Board in Internal Medicine. He has significant experience in managing complex medical and critical care cases, including those requiring multi-organ support and ventilatory management. Trained in Level 3 ICUs, he is proficient in vascular access, bedside ultrasound, and screening echocardiography. He has independently handled outpatient and inpatient medical units in a JCI- and NABH-accredited quaternary care hospital. Dr. Vinod has also contributed to institutional quality initiatives, including accreditation processes and departmental audits. A committed medical educator, he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students at institutions such as St. John’s Medical College, MOSC Medical College, and Rajagiri Hospital. He remains actively involved in clinical training and academic discussions and has chaired sessions at professional medical forums. His areas of interest include critical care, infectious diseases, lifestyle diseases, and perioperative medical management.
