Dr. Anuradha R

Dr. Anuradha R is a dedicated Radiologist specializing in diagnostic and interventional imaging, with expertise spanning ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). She completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Kozhikode, graduating with First Class, followed by her DNB in Radiodiagnosis from the National Board of Examination, also achieved with First Class distinction.

Dr. Anuradha completed her residency training as a DNB Trainee in Radiodiagnosis at Medical Trust Hospital, Cochin, where she gained comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of diagnostic imaging. She currently practices as a Specialist in Radiology and Imaging Science at Aster MIMS Mother Hospital, Areekode.

Her clinical expertise includes a wide range of ultrasound studies — abdomen, pelvis, thyroid, breast, musculoskeletal, and vascular imaging with Doppler evaluation, along with TRUS, TVS, and neurosonogram. She has particular interest and proficiency in antenatal ultrasound, including early pregnancy scans, NT-NB scans, anomaly scans, and growth scans with Doppler assessment. In cross-sectional imaging, she is skilled in CT for trauma, oncology, neuroimaging, HRCT, and abdominal/gastrointestinal studies, as well as MRI of the neuro, musculoskeletal, abdominal, and pelvic regions.

Dr. Anuradha is known for providing detailed clinical correlation, integrating imaging findings with laboratory data and patient history to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. She has also provided emergency and on-call imaging services for acute conditions, including stroke protocol and trauma scans. Committed to academic growth, she has conducted research and presented cases at departmental meetings and was awarded Second Prize for Poster Presentation at the IRIA State Conference 2022.
