Dr Chitta Ranjan Sahu

Dr Chitta Ranjan Sahu is recognised for his work in arthroscopy, arthroplasty and complex deformity corrections using computer-assisted systems with more than 20 years of experience. He completed his master's in orthopaedics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Following, he did his fellowship in general orthopaedics and trauma from Kiel, Germany. He was also selected as an observer by the Shoulder and Elbow Society of India (SESI). He has been trained in many national and international centres namely USA, Germany, Italy, Thailand, etc. He headed the arthroscopy and sports medicine department in the prestigious BIRRD (T) hospital, TTD, Tirupati for about 10 years from 2011. He has performed more than 10,000 orthopaedic surgeries and is extensively involved in teaching many students and delegates across India and abroad as a faculty. He has more than 30 presentations and publications to his name. Keeping patient care as a priority he would like to excel in his areas of interest, learning and teaching.
