The centre has successfully completed 150 laparoscopic colorectal surgeries within a period of two years. Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgeries are regularly done for gall bladder diseases, hernia, GERD, upper GI malignancies, hepatobiliary and pancreatic tumours and colorectal diseases. As the name indicates Obesity Surgery is effectively done to bring down a patient’s weight and alleviate the morbidity associated with obesity. This method is also useful for improving the conditions of diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Liver disease (hepatic disease) is a broad term which covers all the major problems that may occur to cause the liver to fail to perform its designated functions.
