My husband and I married in our late 20s, and after an initial medical checkup, I discovered I had a very low ovum reserve. We consulted Dr. Shameema Anvar Sadath, whom my family had known for 10 years. Following a miscarriage that required a D&C procedure, we pursued IVF under her guidance. Although our first cycle produced one embryo, we decided to proceed with another cycle, which led to the creation of five embryos and a successful fresh embryo transfer with four more embryos frozen.
