40 yr old Mr. M started feeling a burning sensation in his chest that lasted for about six hours, causing concern and prompting him to seek medical advice.. He went to a local physician, was treated with antacids but his “gastritis” persisted so he came to us. His ECG showed a major heart attack (Myocardial Infarction MI), he was explained how “gastritis” is a type of presentation in some types of MI s and was advised for an urgent admission and angiogram. He had a large clot burden which was promptly identified and successful angioplasty was done with the help of Thrombus aspiration tool.
