Dr. Akshay V K is a Specialist in the Department of ENT Aster MIMS, Kannur. He completed his MBBS from Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Ernakulam. He obtained his MS (ENT) from Government Medical College, Kota, Rajasthan. He was awarded a gold medal for his excellent performance in the MS (ENT) exam by the department of ENT & Head and Neck Surgery, Government Medical College, Kota. His area of expertise is functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), Tympanomastoid surgery, Thyroid surgery and Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. He has registered with Travancore Cochin Medical Council (TCMC) and is a life member of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India (AOI) and the Indian Medical Association (IMA).
