"We came here even though it was midnight, and Dr. Karthik was in the Pediatrics emergency department. He took excellent care of my son, explaining the symptoms of dengue and providing initial treatment. Later, my son was moved to the ward, and the doctors there were also very helpful. We used to approach the nursing station staff for everything, as doctors were always available due to their busy schedules. The supporting staff were exceptionally good and helpful without any hesitation. They assisted us at any time, even in the middle of the night when my body was a little cranky. Every time we approached them, they provided us with proper medication after consulting the doctors. We are very happy with the overall service we received. After three days, we are heading home today. Dr. Sujatha Madam, the head of the Pediatrics department, visited the ward every day in the morning, giving us complete details of the treatment. The entire team was excellent, and I am thankful to the entire team and the hospital."
