Peripheral Ballon Angioplasty

Peripheral balloon angioplasty is a simple non surgical procedure by which we can remove the blocks in the limbs , increase the blood supply and thus save the limbs, heal the ulcers and wounds, heal from severe limb pain due to blockage. A balloon is introduced through the limb artery and it is used to break and remove the blocks in the limbs and restore the good blood supply. It is a simple procedure , usually taking 30 to 45 minutes, no anesthesia needed, no pain involved ; and patient can be discharged the next day itself.
