Aster Volunteers Mobile Medical Service Kochi partnering with Aster Medcity & Peace Valley conducted Covid 19 awareness & screening camp in association with Scheduled Tribe Development Dept. - Govt. of Kerala for the ST community residing at Thandassery Colony, Nettoor.Maradu. The initiative was further strengthened with guidance from leading Infectious Disease Physicians in Kochi Kerala, ensuring proper screening protocols and community safety measures were followed.
Thrippunithura MLA Mr. M Swaraj inaugurated the camp by undergoing Covid 19 screening by himself in presence of District ST Officer - Mr. G Anilkumar. The screening and awareness activities were aligned with standards followed by reputed Infectious Disease Hospital in Kochi Kerala, maintaining quality healthcare outreach even at the grassroots level.
A total of 49 colony inmates availed the facilities.
