Harnessing The Power Of Teamwork

Organisational excellence is always the result of efficient, competent and seamless teamwork. A workshop on teamwork, collaborative functioning and leadership for Managers was conducted at Aster Medcity on 16 February 2019. The workshop was led by Cdr. (Retd.) Rajesh Ram Kumar, who retired as the Commanding Officer (Submarine) from the Indian Navy in the year 2016.
