Aster Prime Hospital, Hyderabad organized a special program on women self-awareness by C. Sirisha Raghavendra, Additional DCP - She Team & Bharosa
Speaking on the occasion, C Sirisha Raghavendra said, "There were time when, women were afraid to go to the police station". She described many inhumane incidents taking place against young children and young women. She also suggested that sexual harassment of young children in particular has increased in recent times and that female children need to be educated on these issues at an early age. She said that parents and teachers should take the initiative to make young children aware.
